Gary Clark

Retired Owner
(Now Consultant)

With over 40 years of experience in the art of home and cottage design, Gary Clark created Edenlane Muskoka over 25 years ago after moving to Muskoka from Toronto.


 An award winning AATO, Gary has received accolades for Best Cottage Design, Best Interior Design, Most Outstanding Exterior, and Best Architectural Design to name a few. An artist at heart, Gary specializes in traditional free-hand renderings tailored to the Muskoka lifestyle. 

A Muskoka resident, Gary is now enjoying retirement with his wife Susan and their dog Maggie.  


Scott Clark

President & CEO

Leading successful construction and negotiating competitive pricing for over 15 years in Muskoka, you can trust Scott Clark and his team to take every project personally.


Scott holds two Masters Degrees in Urban & Regional Planning and Industrial Relations as well as a Certificate in Carpentry. Leaving no stone un-turned, Scott has a reputation for his meticulous attention to detail and his relentless approach to delivering on the Edenlane promise.

Scott lives on Lake Muskoka with his wife, daughter, and their cat "Kitty".


Bobbie Dawson

Director, Business Development

With over 15 years of leadership experience managing large scale projects and teams, Bobbie has been driving Business Development at Edenlane Muskoka for two years. 

With a Masters Degree in Professional Communication, Project Management Certification, and a budding Doctorate in Social Sciences, Bobbie excels at managing people, culture, and processes. 

When she's not spending time with her husband and daughter, Bobbie can be seen jogging about town or doing yoga at the park.


James Clark 

Senior Project Consultant

Having graduated from Fanshawe College in 2006 as a Construction Technician, Jim is now Vice President of Operations at a prominent construction company in Toronto.  

Previously Co-Director of Operations for Edenlane Muskoka, Jim still consults on a variety of projects and provides support when needed. Although he lives in Toronto, Jim loves to visit Muskoka every chance he gets. 

Jim lives in Toronto with his wife Cheryl, son Nathan, and dog Rukus.

Gavin Sobil

Site Coordinator

With extensive experience in custom finishing, framing and carpentry, Gavin is Edenlane Muskoka's newest employee.  Gavin holds a Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Geography and a Minor in Environmental Studies.


Gavin also has experience as an arborist and as a Crew Boss in Wildfire management. 

Currently residing in Port Sydney with his wife and two children, Gavin enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering in his spare time with the Huntsville Fire Department. 


Mandy Peralez

Finance Specialist

Having studied accounting at Georgetown College, Mandy has worked as an Office Manager and Bookkeeper since 2008. The owner of On Point Bookkeeping Services, Mandy has been managing the Edenlane Muskoka finances for over a decade.


Mandy is certified in FreshBooks and she is a Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor. She is a valued and trusted member of the Edenlane Muskoka Team. 

A passionate wife, aunt, and mother, Mandy lives in Barrie with her husband and three children.

The tradespeople we work with are specialists in their field - the best of the best.  We know our clients are happy when we're invited to the dock for a drink to celebrate the finished cottage. It's not uncommon for us to stay in touch, long after the build is complete".
