At this stage, we will provide you with a full cost estimate based on your initial drawings.

CONSTRUCTION & TRACKING
Once we have completed renderings, construction drawings, and all of the appropriate permits, we begin the exciting process of construction on your dream home.
Our team understands the Muskoka terrain and we are well-equipped with the expertise and local relationships to ensure a seamless and efficient construction process.
We will host regular check-ins with you and your family as it suits your schedule to ensure that you are involved in the progress of your custom build from beginning to end. Do you live somewhere else and are unable to check-in on the progress in person? The team at Edenlane will ensure you get regular photos and video of construction progress.
